Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Disciplr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Disciplr is — and is not

Disciplr is a trading behavior analytics tool. It:

• Scores your trading discipline based on behavioral data
• Surfaces patterns in your trading behavior
• Alerts you to behaviorally-risky patterns

Disciplr does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, trading signals, or any guidance on whether to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

All trading decisions are yours. Disciplr is not responsible for trading outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Disciplr. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@disciplr.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Your data

Trade data you import into Disciplr remains yours. By importing it, you grant us a limited license to process and display it for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your trading data.

6. Subscriptions and payments

PRO and ELITE plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract proprietary algorithms
• Use the leaderboard in a way intended to mislead other users
• Share accounts or resell access
• Upload data that you do not own or have rights to import
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify functionality at any time. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

9. Limitation of liability

Disciplr is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including trading losses — arising from use of the app.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
